Optimus and Ironhide are two year old (2012-08-01 brothers who have been guarding a livestock combination of goats, pigs, horses, and chickens. Both have been guard dogs for the ranch animals, so they bark a lot at night. Optimus is very gentle with children, Ironhide is excitable and often jumps he and is not as good with children. Both are very comfortable with adults. They live outside and have access to the fenced livestock enclosure and, unfortunately, to a larger 77 acre free range which they tend to leave - neighbors unhappy & threaten to shoot (they are not dangerous to other livestock). They are now neutered And have all their shots and are a fun pair. We would like to keep the together if at all possible.
