Katja was originally adopted in June 2019 at 3 months of age but recently surrendered to the local Humane Society. PYRescue was contacted and Katja was picked up and is now back at PYRescue.
Katja was surrendered because she was not adapting to the new dogs in the home, she was being dominated and picked on. Katja can be shy at first but we believe with time and patience she will make a loving family dog. Katja prefers male dogs, calm dogs for her doggy friends. As always we suggest you bring your current dog(s) to the meet and greet She has done well around children 13+ in age. She loves attention once she gets comfortable around you. Her favorite spots to be petted are neck/belly and butt. She is housebroken, walks well on a leash and will jump in the car to go for a ride. She has a nice short curly coat. She was recently groomed and the groomer said she did great. Pyrescue is still in the process of closing, please consider giving this sweet girl a home.
Katja’s adoption fee is $300
Katja will need a yard with an above ground fence preferably 6’. NO UNDERGROUND FENCING!
NO APARTMENTS, CONDOS OR DUPLEXES
