The Great Pyrenees Rescue and Sanctuary is a small set of kennels that is located in Peyton Colorado. We strive to be the very best Pyr rescue out there. We are a 501c3 Charity that is PACFA Licensed. If you think you would like to help a Pyr find the right home we sure could use some compassionate and yet business minded volunteers. We are looking for help with adoption events, we always need fresh and exciting videos and pictures of our dogs, we need help with home visits, vet checks, reference calls, cleaning kennels, and help brushing and grooming the Pyrenees. If this sounds like something you would like to help with we would love to have you on board! PACFA and Colorado State Laws: It is up to the volunteer to know and understand the PACFA rules and Colorado State laws for animals under the department of Agriculture Along with a current understanding of their local animal laws, zoning laws, nuisance laws, county and state codes that pertain to the care and housing of animals and be in compliance of those laws and rules at all times.
